Southern roots

As a young girl playing in my grandparent’s yard in Tennessee, their neighbor gave me this quirky, truly Southern nickname: Magnolia Bill. A term of endearment, perhaps?

Fast forward, and now Magnolia Bill is a wife to an adventure junkie, mother of two fiery girls, nurse of almost 20 years, outdoors lover and food enthusiast. I also answer to ‘Beth.’

WE ARE A COTTAGE BAKERY

Our products are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and are not intended for resale.

I am not a formally trained baker or chef. I simply have a love for homemade food, and people seem to (really) like my efforts.

The bakery will close in the event of a family illness or emergency. If you have a pending order, a full refund will be made.

Food Safety Certification

In 2012, the Colorado legislature enacted the Colorado Cottage Foods Act, allowing limited types of food products that are non-potentially hazardous (do not require refrigeration for safety) to be sold directly to consumers without licensing or inspections.
